Day 1 Recap

June 5, 2011

Thoughts: I was very hungry before lunch and dinner because of my high level of activity today. I felt good during the bike ride, full of energy (even while becoming hungry towards the end). I don’t think I ate enough for lunch because I was starving by the time dinner came around and starting to get sluggish. Lesson learned: always have a snack on hand. I’m starting to get very tired now (rather early for me!) but since I’m starting to make up my sleep debt it’s expected.

Exercise: Cycling for 22 miles

…and with that, I’m off to bed to rest up for my 10K in the morning!
